LINE WOBBLER, Robin Baumgarten
Based in Berlin, Robin Baumgarten is an experimental game developer and creator of interactive installations. His work explores the connections between games, science and physical interaction through playful devices that invite audiences to manipulate, observe and experiment.
With Line Wobbler, he reimagines video game conventions through a one-dimensional dungeon crawler. The game unfolds along a long LED strip and is controlled using an unusual spring that players must bend, shake and manipulate to progress.
Blending retro adventure with physical interaction, Line Wobbler turns bodily movements into gameplay mechanics, offering an original way to explore how video games work.
